Thomas is a rockhound. Field Trips to the Western USA for collecting rough, is probably his favorite past-time. From the High Desert of eastern Oregon, Down to Arizona, and all up and down the Franciscan Formation on the West Coast; finding natural treasures is secondary to just getting out and enjoying the great outdoors. Turning downed trees into wooden bowls, is a meditative therapy for Him.

Stone Slabs and Rough for Lapidary. Wooden Bowls made from hardwoods and softwoods reclaimed from downed trees in the Santa Cruz mountains, and reclaimed from the County Landfill sites.
