Factory Overloads LLC has been in business since 2002 selling motorcyle helmets and assorted leather items. We sell new DOT Approved and Snell Certified THH helmets. We buy Straight from the Factory and everything we sell is "Brand New" and sold to you at the lowest prices around. Some of our helmets are current styles and some are discontinued styles but all are new, still in the original box.
Customer service is very important to us and we try to treat our customers the way we wish to be treated - with courtesy and honesty.
Specialties:
We specialize in prompt shipping. All orders are shipped within 48 hours when payment is received - Sunday through Friday 1:00 pm EST. All orders received on holidays or after 1:00pm on Friday will be promptly shipped on the next business day.

Shipping:
We use UPS and USPS Priority Mail as our shipping services. Please be sure that the shipping and mailing addresses are listed on all orders.
Policies:
We guarantee all our products. After receiving your purchase, if for any reason you not happy with your purchase just let us know and we will send you instructions for returning it for an immediate refund less the S & H charge. The helmet and THH box must still be in new condition with tags still attached before a refund can be issued.
We also will accept your item back for a size or style exchange should it not fit as well as you like.
All items will be exchanged with the same style, color and size should the item have a factory defect at receipt.
