We are a consignment based operation located in Kemah, Texas. There are over 8000 boat slips within 20 miles of our shop so we have a huge source for pre-owned equipment. The Kemah, Texas area is widely recognized as the third largest concentration of pleasure boats in the United States and may be the highest concentration of wet slips in the United States. Boaters' Resale Shop is owned and operated by Virtual Harbormaster, LLC, a Texas limited liability company that has been in business since 1999. Company founder, Paul Yirga, is a 20 year resident of the Galveston Bay area of Texas. Paul has been a boat owner, licensed captain, and retailer for all of those years. In January of 2005, Boaters' Resale Shop of Texas was opened to create a much needed marketplace for local area buyers and sellers of pre-owned equipment and small boats.

We ship via United States Post Office, UPS and via Fedex.
Policies:
We do offer a refund policy for customers who are unhappy with their purchase. If you decide to request a refund, you must request that refund within 3 days of receiving your item. If you request a refund within the 3 day period following receipt of the item and the item is returned to us within 10 days of your receiving the item and it is in the same condition it was in when we shipped it out, we will issue a refund of the purchase price. We do not refund shipping under any circumstances.
