We ship UPS to the lower 48 states only. Alaska and Hawaii we ship USPS priority mail.
Policies:

If payment has not yet been made, seller may try to contact bidder in the case that payment has not yet been made and if seller does not hear from bidder, item will be relisted at seller's discretion and reports filed.
