My specialtiy is customer satisfaction. I have no problem refunding money if customer is not 100% happy with their purchase, and small dollar items I usually don't require that you send it back. Almost always ship same day as payment is received, unless like right now 2/4/09 I have just had foot surgery.

Shipping:
I try to charge actual shipping and no handling charges. I normally ship same day or next day after payment is received and use USPS unless buyer request another method.
