    About Us:
    We always leave positive feedback for positive transactions and we will leave appropriate feedback (positive, neutral, or negative) depending on how the deal works out. We take feedback very seriously and will try to work out all problems via email before giving a negative feedback. PLEASE NOTE, if you don't pay for your auction within 14 days after the auction has ended, we reserve the right to sell the item to another buyer, file non-paying bidder reports, file final value fee credits through eBay and leave appropriate feedback for the transaction. We always leave feedback once we've been notified that the item has been received and the buyer has left feedback for us. We like to see our auctions through from start to finish and that way we'll know your package arrived and you are happy with your purchase. Most sales are final, no refunds, no exchanges. All electronic items are pre-tested and in working condition unless otherwise stated in the auction description. All video game systems are tested before listing them on eBay and before shipping them to you, just to minimize the possibility of an electronic failure. All board games have a detailed listing of what they include, and if complete, state the word COMPLETE in the auction description. (We know it sounds obvious, but some people still ask!) All returns and exchanges will be decided on a CASE BY CASE basis. We will accept returns/exchanges on new, unopened items with tags still attached. You MUST email us for authorization/instructions before returning the merchandise. Shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded. Refunds will only be issued when the item is defective or has been misrepresented by me. Sizing, color, or "I found it cheaper" reasons will not be accepted. You have 7 days from receipt of item to return it, so please contact us within 3 days of receipt of item to begin the process. Items must be returned using a trackable method and a tracking number must be provided by you.

    Shipping:
    All of our shipping charges are listed or calculated on the auction pages so that a buyer can easily make a payment even if there are problems contacting you via Email. We ship through US Postal Service (which is delivered in your country by your own mail service, i.e. Canada Post if you are in Canada). We will ship using UPS as necessary. We will NOT ship COD. We ship on Monday through Saturday, and provide you with a shipping notice on the day your item is sent. Combined shipping to reduce shipping costs is available on MOST items.
    Policies:
    WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDITS OR REFUNDS FOR ANY UNINSURED PURCHASE LOST OR DAMAGED BY THE POSTAL AUTHORITIES. PURCHASING POSTAL INSURANCE IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PARCEL LOST OR DAMAGED ONCE IT LEAVES OUR HANDS AND IN THE POSSESSION OF THE POSTAL SYSTEM.
