We ship worldwide. Products are usually shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) after receiving payment. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will be automatically notified via email.
Tracking
• Orders are shipped using USPS First Class or Priority Mail. We will provide the tracking numbers on these packages.
• For international orders, customers can track their orders online if they purchase Priority mail or Registered mail services. We also offer DHL, FedEx, and UPS shipping options. Please contact us for shipping costs.
Customs/Import Taxes, Duties, etc.
Our product prices and shipping costs do not include customs tax, import duties and charges. Most packages are not subjected to these charges. However if these charges are applied, they are the customer´s responsibility.
Policies:
We are happy to refund (excluding postage) if an item is unsuitable when notified within 5 days of receipt of the item. The returning item must be dispatched within 3 days of informing us that a refund is required. The garment must be unworn and all tags intact and it is important that your eBay user ID is enclosed with the item.
