I only charge ACTUAL shipping, plus:

2. Handling (paper/ink/packaging) $0.25
3. Optional insurance Based on item value
I ship the most reasonable way I can, whether Parcel Post, First Class, or sometimes USPS Flat Rate box or envelope.
As a buyer myself, I dislike being overcharged on shipping, so my policy is to give you the best rate I can. If your shipping cost is significantly lower than my quote, I will refund the difference.
