Shipping:
We usually ship items within 2 business days after payment clears. International order can take a day longer to ship due to extra requirements by the post office.
Policies:
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of product. Buyer will incur all shipping costs. The buyer must communicate to us immediately that they intend to return the item and the item must be returned in the same manner it was received with all tags and packaging attached. Exceptions allowed if there is an unknown manufacturer defect that is not noticeable. If unsure please ask. We are here to form a relationship and will try to resolve any issues.
