The knowledge we have of our items comes from over 20 years of experience along with a variety of individuals who specialize in a number of different fields. If we do have professional input, we will provide it. Otherwise, please understand that the best we can do is take detailed pictures, and write an accurate description. If you have any questions about an item, email us before bidding or buying. Also, keep in mind that shipping may take a few days. Most items are mailed out next day, however, large items, fragile items, and musical instruments may take a few days to ship out. If you are dissatisfied with your item, please contact us to arrange a solution. It is very important for buyers to deal with professional and trust worthy individuals, as a result we will alleviate any issue that may arise in hopes of getting positive feedback from all of our buyers. Shipping:
If ever a tracking number is not updated please message us on eBay and we will provide it. Due to the high volume of business some items may take longer to ship than others, our business day ends at 5:30PM Eastern Time Monday - Friday. We ship items on a daily basis between 9:00AM - 11:00AM if you purchased an item in the afternoon you can expect it to be shipped the following day between the stated hours. We do not ship on the weekends. International shipping is on a per item basis, and is not something we normally offer, please inquire about international shipping before bidding or buying an item.
