Shipping: Items will be shipped via Fed Ex Ground (3-7 business days) or United States Postal Services (7-10 days). Please see item description for method of shipment. Policies:
Returns: Refunds/exchanges are accepted for defective items. You must Contact Us within 10 days of receipt of a defective item. We will issue an RAN (Return Authorization Number) that MUST be included with your return. Item must be returned within 14 days from the RAN issuing date and in like new condition with all original packaging, manuals and accessories. We will cover up to $7.00 of the return cost. Returns not meeting the above requirements will be refused and returned to the sender. You will have the option of an Exchange or Refund (less original s&h). Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return.
Out of Stock: All items are in stock at the time of listing. However, on occasion (rarely) our warehouse may run out of stock on certain items. If this happens, we will send you an email. You will have the option of an immediate full refund or replacing your purchase with a similiar item of the same or greater value.
