Things You Need to Know When Purchasing Personal Property on the Internet From Us
We will always endeavor to describe the items as correct and accurately as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot be an expert on everything....................So if you have a question ask before bidding.............
All our items come from estates, store liquidations and new merchandise close-outs and are Sold As Is !
Payment is expected within 7 days of auction closing.
If you need an additional invoice please ask !!!!
We take personal checks, Money orders or paypal.
We prefer that if your purchase is under $20.00 that you mail us a money order.
I ship once a week (sometimes twice a week).............If you need something special or RUSHED PLEASE ASK and we will try to make it happen !.........................
The only exception to shipping is in the event that you buy a large piece of furniture, than you will be responsible for picking it up in Sarasota, Florida or you must arrange for shipping (we do not arrange for large furniture shipping, we will assist.You must pay by certified check ,PayPal or cash (if picking up in person) for immediate pick-up............payment by personal check or money order must clear our bank before pick-up or shipping.Large furniture transaction must clear our premises within 30 days of auction closing and be paid for within 10days ....................................... Checks and Money orders must usually clear my bank before I ship anything !!!
All Florida residents must include sales tax on all purchases in Florida.
I strongly recommend you purchase insurance and/ or delivery confirmation.
We will not be responsible if you make the decision to ignore or not purchase insurance(Furniture must be insured by shipper) .......
The USPS (Fed x or UPS) is (are) not perfect..........things do get lost and broken....... If you have purchased insurance and something happens...........notify me and go to the post office and get the proper paperwork filled out........I will then send you a copy of the insurance so you can collect. Remember, if you don't insure than you are the only one responsible for loss and or damage .

Shipping:
When you are the winning buyer please contact us within 3 days and tell us how you will be paying and give us your shipping address. All Payments are expected within 10 days. All auctions are final. If you have any problem please contact us immediately.If you pay with a check please note that your purchase cannot be shipped until the funds have been deposited into our account (usually 7-10 days )..
