Shipping:
Our Shipping Rates are: Flat Rate for Domestic(depending on weight) and Calculated by location and weight of your purchase for Canada and all other International. We ship by UPS to United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
We ship to Canada and all other International places by Priority Mail International. We try to use the most reasonable and safest way to ship.
When payments are received and cleared, all orders will be sent for shipment within 2 days. Then allow 7-10 days for packages to arrive. Sometimes the package may take a day or two longer out of state or during the holidays.

RETURN POLICY
We will replace any merchandise that is damaged upon delivery. You do need to email us upon arrival of your package and let us know if it is damaged. Depending on the item, we may ask for it to be returned in the original package. Please keep packaging until you look at the purchase. We can refund your money back. Within two weeks all refunds are credited back. We understand that things happen at times and we guarantee our customer satisfaction.
