Shipping:
Shipping is actual weight based on your zip code or country via USPS Mail.We use Priority mail for most of our glassware and fragile items as Parcel Post takes longer and the package is more likely to be damaged. We do pack well and sometimes double box, but we have no control over how the packages are handled once they ship.
We also have no control on shipping charges. A lot of our glassware items are heavy, so they will cost more to ship. Please don't blame us for this, we only charge what I am charged and 9 times out of 10 the weight will be more then estimated at no extra cost to you.
Insurance is always recommended as it will protect you from damage or lost packages. We use delivery confirmation for every package that is shipped, this is for both you, the buyer, and us, as a package can then be tracked if it doesn't arrive.

If you are ever unhappy with an item you have purchased from me, please e-mail me for return instructions. I will refund your purchase price only, I do not refund shipping charges unless I have made a grave error, then I will pay for the return shipping.
