I started Neils Hot Deals over three years ago. I had come into a lot of stuff from my parents and relatives because they were retiring and downsizing their lives. A hobby has now turned into a 24/7 business.
Our new motto is, "Clearing The Clutter One Client At A Time."
For me it has been a slow process but two colleagues approached me about selling stuff on EBAY, and after a few conversations they are my first two clients. They do not have the time to do it themselves.
The difference is that I have learned that even if you list on EBAY via your store, fixed price and auction, you still need to leverage external tools outside of EBAY for maximum exposure and profit.
I working with a partner to publish that process. Additionally I want to become a tradding assistant, I just need to get my sales up to make the requirement.
I pride myself on excellent customer service. I try to ship items out purchased the next day when I can.
