Shipping:
Your shipping fee will be the lowest possible. I research each item through the Canadian Post Office before setting a shipping fee. Keep in mind that the postage on the box does not reflect what I actually pay with added taxes.
In addition, I use many layers of clean, very thick bubble-wrap which is expensive so I do charge $1 to $2 for packing materials on most items shipped. Canada Post includes basic insurance against your parcel being lost, as well as a tracking number, which I hold till your parcel arrives and your feedback lets us know all is well!
Speaking of feedback - if you have any problems at all with your transaction, simply email me so we can work it out. I like to leave good feedback and I love to receive it! I will make every effort to ensure that you, the buyer, have a great experience with my service.
Policies:
Returns: Every item comes with a 7-day return policy. Unless there are most unusual circumstances, an item will only be accepted and its price plus original shipping refunded if something is wrong with the item which was not described in the listing.
