Until early 2005 I'd heard about e-bay but never dared have a look let alone bid for anything, it all sounded way too complicated!.. Then one fateful day I was very brave.. and the first thing I won was a bottle of perfume!
I started selling make up (sort of by accident!) in October 2005 and opened a little e-shop in January 2006 called Kiss&Make-up - it's small but it's growing! I don't make a huge amount really but it's fun, the feedback is nice, it's something that's mine and it fits in well around my two small children and my studying with the OU.

Shipping:
I go to the post office every day incl most Saturdays and I do my best to post the day your money clears so, thanks to our wonderful Royal Mail, you may well receive your item the next morning (UK only obviously as Airmail takes a bit longer)!! I pack my items with care and address them clearly. Unfortunately items do go “missing” in the post sometimes and although I can no longer afford to replace or refund you myself when this happens I will mail you a copy of the certificate of posting (which I always obtain) to enable you to claim from Royal Mail for your loss.
Policies:
For obvious hygiene reasons I am unable to accept returns unless unopened, unused and resaleable. Buyer is liable for postage costs unless item is faulty. Please email first for a return authorisation, non authorised returns will be referred back to you. All items are new and unused (direct from wholesalers) and from a smoke and pet free home (though I do have children – which may count against me?!)
