Hi! My name is Brad, and this is our store! It's history dates back to 2001, when I had just found my first BIG TREASURE- my future wife Stacy! While visiting my sister who lived in California, I was introduced to Stacy (she and my sister taught school together). Stacy and I hit it off really well -but the problem was- she was beautiful and living in Southern California, I was broke and living in Pennsylvania.
To raise money for an engagement ring, I started selling all of my possessions on eBay. It worked very well- we wound up getting married and starting our life here in PA. When I married Stacy, we had to pay off all her moving expenses, our previous credit debt, etc. so we would spend our spare time together going to yard sales, auctions, flea markets, and estate sales looking for great stuff to resell on eBay.
Our claim to eBay fame is that one time we bought a used guitar at a yard sale for $25 (knowing nothing about guitars at the time) researched it and found that it was 1 of 30 ever made! We wound up selling it for $1000 on eBay, and the guy who restored it resold it for over $5000!
Here we are 7 years later, very happily married, and have our own little treasure hunting business going! We still love going to yard sales in the summer, auctions in the winter, and now even sell items that we purchase from vendors! Last year, we went to a local gift show and found a license plate/switch plate vendor and have been selling their items, as well as our auction/estate stuff!
Although we're no big shots on eBay, this is still a business to us. We want to treat every customer as we would appreciate being treated, whether they spend $1 or $1000. Each customer works directly with Stacy or myself, and we are always willing to make each transaction a succesful one. Thank you for your interest in our items, and happy bidding!
