Because of the nature of these products, card stock and embellishment batches may vary slightly. While the basic design and colour theme will stay the same, it is nearly impossible to guarantee that samples and split orders will be an exact match we recommend therefore that you order all cards at the same time or as near close to sample purchase as possible to ensure continuity. We will always do our best to ensure that orders come from the same batch as samples in that we reserve a batch taken from sample for 7 days.
Once again we will only begin your order when full payment has been received. In the unlikely event that there is a delay on our part with obtaining stock required for your order, we will notify you as soon as we are aware of this and do our best to resolve any problems as quickly and efficiently as possible, to your satisfaction.
