  • Rare Wolf Cub Scouting Badge by Collins

    11:09 AM PST, 4/5/2009

This large Wolf Cub Scouting cap badge badge is 1 & 1/2 inches in diameter and is made of enamel on what looks like silver plated brass. There are two fittings on the back which I think needs a pin to put through which I don't have. It is marked "Collins, London" on the back. I think it is an early Scouting badge and rare as I have not yet found another in my searches on the web. The Wolf Cub ceased to be used by the Scouting movement some time ago. The emamel is in a good condition but there is a little of the plating worn, the fixings are firm.
