Shipping:
We take Great care in packing each Item.The carriers do not always take such great care.That is why we require the buyer purchase insurance on all Items. We use professional packing materials and will make every effort to prevent damages during shipping, but items can not be returned due to damage done during shipping. The carrier is responsible and they do pay claims (I use to work for one of them) I will be more than happy to assist you if you ever have the need but hopefully you never will.Be sure and keep all original packing material if it is damaged. Just check out my Feedback many comment on my Great packing job. Under No circumstance will Shipping Be Refunded.
THERE IS A 15% RESTOCKING FEE, ON ALL RETURNED ITEMS.
Policies:
You can always (unless stated in Listing) return any item for the purchase price if you contact us within 3 Days of recieving item for a refund if you get it and it is not what we stated it to be. If returned for any reason other than not as stated there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund.
