Whilst we cannot always claim to make the purchase of IT and computing equipment fun we can at least try and make it as easy and stress free as possible.

Our Business Policies and Services
Shipping:
We endeavour to ship your item within 2 working days of receiving a cleared payment. We reserve the right to change the carrier of our goods at our discretion but will always try and ensure that you receive the equivalent service level as defined in the specific sale item particulars.
For delivery to some parts of the UK, notably Northen Ireland and some Scottish postcodes along with the Channel Islands, we may regretably incur an increase in our shipping charges - please email us to confirm the applicable charges before bidding/buying an item please.
If you feel that your order is taking longer to arrive than anticipated please contact us and we will do our best to help - equally feel free to let us know when the item gets delivered. Our shipping fees include postage, packing, handling and any applicable insurance.
Policies:
Whilst we make all reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of any information given on the items we offer for sale PixelHeaven makes no express or implied warranty with respect to the information contained here or in any listings about any item and specifically the price, specification, comparisons or editorial content.

Please note that we will only accept returns on non faulty items within the 14 day period recommended by eBay.
If the item has been damaged in transit and it is visible on delivery please raise the issue immediately with the carrier and then inform us.
Items that are 'dead on arrival' or become faulty within 14 days will either be replaced where possible or a refund provided.
Items that become faulty after a period of 14 days and within the stated warranty period will either be replaced, repaired or a refund provided.

Tax Information:
We accept and prefer Paypal for all orders. We will also accept personal cheques and postal orders made payable to PixelHeaven for all items up to a maximum value of £100. Please allow up to 5 working days for cheques (including Paypal eCheques) to clear. At our discretion we may ship smaller value items on receipt of the cheque, especially to eBayers with a good feedback record. The price you see is the price you will pay (there is no VAT payable) plus the stated shipping costs. We are not VAT registered so regretably cannot provide a VAT invoice.
