Our Business Policies and Services
Shipping:
We ship several ways from three states. In the northeast, DHL and USPS is the preffered methods. All small items will ship USPS and all big items will be shipped DHL.
Policies:
We strive to excell in customer service. This is another area were we stand out from the crowd. Most items can be returned within 10 days in the origianl unopened condition. If we sent you the wrong product, then by all means we will take care of it. A few items that are not returnable is fishing line, deer scents, fishing scents, any perishable item, and used bows and close-outs.
