Shipping:
We ship Worldwide to any country that does business on eBay and Paypal. Buyer Pays Shipping.For Canada buyers, we ship most of them with "surface expedite parcel" service, for the thickness within 2 cm, we package them with envelop and ship them with mail-letter service.
Generally, for US customers, we ship them with "surface packet or parcel" service which ever is the most economical way, for the thickness within 2 cm, we ship them with airway service. For other International customers we describe shipping costs with “surface parcel”, but we require buyers contact with us before bidding to know shipping costs and shipping way.
Payment must be received within seven (7) days of the close of the auction, unless other arrangements are made or you contact with us and explain to pay a little bit delay.

Customer Service & Return Policy
Customer Service is a priority. It is our intent to build a store that provides a quality product as well as quality service. We do offer refunds or return for most items, keep in mind, we don't refund the“shipping costs, and the “returned item” shipping costs are your responsibility. Some of items such as sports cards and electric equipment or vacuum tubes are sold on "as is" basis. Because we can't mark or sign something on it to identify from others, or we have no equipment to test if the vacuum tubes or so work normally, anyway, we give bidders clear description about this point. We offer insurance on purchases as an option as we will not be responsible for items once they are shipped. As we know Canada post service don't provide insurance for fragile products or items except for buying extra insurance from other insurance company.
