Shipping:
First Class Domestic for 1 Scrunchie is .85 cents. This services takes 3 to 5 days. Item will go out as soon as payment is cleared. For tracking number, please add .65 cents to your total at checkout. I will email tracking number to you as soon as item goes out.
Policies:
Refunds can only be made using the same PayPal account when purchase was made. Must return damaged item to receive refund! Shipping costs are not refunded. No Exchanges! Once a Scrunchie has been "worn" it cannot be resold!
