Here in Indiana now is the time {cold weather and water} to use suspending jerkbaits like the Smithwick Suspending Pro Rogue. I like to use suspending jerkbaits along steep banks and points this time of year. Fish it slow. Here in central Indiana, water temps in the 45-55 degree range are good for these baits.
