Okay, this is crazy and you may think a bit gimmicky.. but when marketing my novels I am desperate to find readers!! With the economy in the tank, people aren't buying books and publishing houses are not picking up writers... so I and my 14 novels are stuck in the wings waiting. I tried just about everything, everything except this. A few weeks ago I created a listing that has the first chapter of a serialized novel for Ebayers. A couple of weeks ago I posted the second chapter in a different listing. The story is about an unassuming nobody who is just on his way, living his life and trying to survive. He meets his dream girl but the chances are next to nothing as he has nothing to offer her and she is just out of reach. In a moment of desperation, he decides to sell all his worldly goods on Ebay to earn enough money to take her out on a dream date. When a sale turns competitive he finds that someone is buying up all his stuff. Little did he bargain for a buyer becoming a stalker and threatens his love, happiness and life. This is a fun story, light and comical... however, somewhere on the path the evils which travels through online bidding find roost and turn this story dark and twisted. A must read! Some of my items are especially cool, and if you purchase an item I am selling with a chapter of the story, I will include you in my acknowledgement of the novel once it's published. I will randomly choose 10 buyers and rename my characters for them. Who doesn't want to see their name in a book? Previous chapters can be seen on my website at www.scottsequoia.com Check out my store, read the story and find out what happens next.

Dads need a tool book to build a birdhouse, rebuild a dual carborator, improve their golf game... but we dads have gone long enough without the tools to help us really understand what we will face now that the little lady is knocked up! The Daddy Survival Guide will help you understand the things women are expecting from you during the pregnancy, and what you can expect when that little rugrat curtain crawler ankle biter baby comes into your life.  Of course we are talking about a manly book, and if it were all about women and their pregnancy issues, or about babies it is not likely we'd spend much time reading it, so for those of us guys who need something to look forward to, the book includes Survival Tips on completely unrelated items including how do a 180 spin in your car to reverse direction without stopping... cool huh?.  The Just For Daddy group brings you this and many other books to help men become dads...
