What's included in my free trial?
You can test drive Auctiva for 30 days completely risk free. During your free trial, you will have unlimited access to all of Auctiva's tools for eBay, as well as 24×7 online customer support. If you select a paid plan while still in your free trial period, the selected plan will take effect as soon as your trial period ends. Some premium tools may not be available during your free trial. Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No, a credit card is not required to open an Auctiva account. In fact, there’s no commitment whatsoever. After your 30-day unlimited free trial expires, if you have not selected one of our paid plans, your account will automatically transition to the Free Tools plan. If you choose one of our paid plans, you will be asked at that time to enter credit card information or set up automatic payments through PayPal.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes, of course. No contracts here! Although we would hate to see you go, you can close your account at any time. Please note that you will be responsible for any incidental charges incurred prior to closing your account.
Do you offer any discounts off these prices?
All of our Auctiva plans offer a prepaid annual option. With our annual plans, you can prepay for 1, 2 or 3 years, and save up to 25% off the regular monthly price. The longer term you select, the more you save.
Can I change my plan later?
You can change plans at any time and as often as you like. If changing from the Free Tools plan to a paid plan, the change will become effective immediately and the first monthly fee will be prorated. If changing from one paid plan to another, the change will take effect at the beginning of the next month.
