How does the free trial work?
You can test drive Auctiva Commerce for 30 days completely risk free. During your free trial, you will have unlimited access to Auctiva Commerce, plus Auctiva's tools for eBay, as well as 24x7 online customer support. If you select a monthly plan while still in your free trial period, the selected plan will take effect as soon as your trial period ends.
Haven’t I already had a free trial?
The Auctiva free trial is independent from the Auctiva Commerce free trial. If you’ve never had an Auctiva Commerce store or been on an Auctiva Commerce plan, you’re still eligible for an Auctiva Commerce free trial. During that 30-day trial period, you’d only pay any monthly fee associated with your Auctiva account.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No, a credit card is not required to open an Auctiva account. In fact, there’s no commitment whatsoever. After your 30-day unlimited free trial expires, you’ll need to choose one of our plans at which time you can use either a credit card or your PayPal account to as your on-file payment method for recurring monthly billing.
Is there a setup fee?
No, there is no setup fee for any of our plans.
How can I get help getting started?
As part of our Platinum and Diamond plans, you will receive access to an Implementation Coach to help you set up your new store, and a Dedicated Account Manager to answer all your questions. A consultation with an Implementation Coach is available to Bronze, Silver and Gold account holders for a fee of $99. Can I change my plan later?
You can change plans at any time and as often as you like. Plan changes take effect at the beginning of the following monthly billing cycle.
