Auctiva has launched a new feature aimed at giving users more visibility into what's going on within the company, eBay and the e-commerce industry at large.
"Ask the CEO" lets users gain deeper insights about the business of online selling and how to get the most benefit from the tools you use, directly from Auctiva's Chief Executive and founder, Jeff Schlicht.
"Whether you have questions about a new feature of our software, eBay policy changes, or the ever-changing world of online commerce, Jeff has the experience and knowledge you can trust," says a company announcement.
Schlicht began selling on eBay while working as a software engineer in Silicon Valley, but he found the site's auction listing process tedious. So he wrote a program to improve the chore. In 1998, he formed Auctiva Corp. and started marketing his program.
Today, Auctiva's free listing management tools are used by hundreds of thousands of eBay sellers worldwide.
