Auctiva allows you to combine the different profiles together into one Master Profile. This tutorial will show you how to create a Master Profile.
Introduction
The Master Profile is a single profile made up of any combination of the Item Details, Marketing, Shipping and Checkout Profiles that you've created. This will allow you to load multiple profiles into one listing at one time.
Instructions
You can create as many Master Profiles as you need.
Step 1. Start a Master Profile.
- Hover your mouse over the Profiles tab and click on the "Master" link (Figure 1). The Master Profile page will load.
Step 2. Edit Master Profile options.
- eBay Site: Choose the eBay Site that will be the destination for posted listings using this profile.
- Detail Profile: Choose an Item Details Profile, if desired.
- Marketing Profile: Choose a Marketing Profile, if desired.
- Shipping Profile: Choose a Shipping Profile, if desired.
- Checkout Profile: Choose a Checkout Profile, if desired.
Step 3. Save Master Profile.
- Enter a name for the Master Profile.
- Click on the Save button.
This completes the task of creating a Master Profile.
