The Auctiva Inventory feature allows you to manage inventory items and suppliers. This tutorial will show you how to set up your account to manage inventory.

Is Inventory right for me?

If you sell multiple, identical items you may benefit from setting up the Auctiva Inventory feature that can accurately track your stock. Additionally, if you work with suppliers, this feature can help manage supplier details.


  • The easiest and quickest way to do this setup is to use the Inventory Wizard. The Inventory Wizard will guide you through the process of setting up this feature. Start the Inventory Wizard.
  • After you have completed the Inventory Wizard you can make any adjustments to these settings by visiting the Inventory Preferences page (see Figure 1).

  • Make sure that your Internet browser is set to allow pop-up windows from Auctiva. The low-inventory warnings are often relayed to you through these pop-up windows.
