Each time you sign into, check your "Account Messages" inbox along the bottom of your "Account Dashboard". Or, from any page, look for the blue notification icon in the header. The numeral in this box will tell you how many unread messages are waiting for you.

Your "Account Messages" inbox is where you'll find notices from Auctiva regarding certain account activity, as well as The Online Seller newsletter from Auctiva EDU. Other messages regarding your account, including billing notifications, will be sent to you at the email address that is specified in your Account Preferences.
