How do I send a Payment Reminder or Address Request email?

  1. Hover your mouse over the "eBay Sales" tab and click on that "All" link under "Transactions".
  2. Click the "Send E-Mail" button to the right of the desired listing.
  3. Pick the type of email you want to send from the "Select Template Type" drop-down.
  4. On the next page you will have a choice of the email template you would like to use.
  5. Preview and/or send.

*Note: You can also send these emails in bulk from your "Sales" page by checking the boxes next to multiple transactions, clicking the blue "Send E-mail" button along the top of the page and then proceeding as directed.
