How do I update my inventory across all linked channels via Auctiva?

You can update your inventory across all linked channels right from your Auctiva Product Catalog. You have the ability to easily bulk edit the price, quantity and status of your multi-channel products with just a few clicks. Here’s how it works:

  1. Go to your Product Catalog.
  2. Use the left filter to find the product(s) you need to update.
  3. Click the “Bulk Actions” button located at the top of the page and select to either bulk edit the price, quantity or status.
  4. If editing the price or quantity, you’ll see those fields are now editable. Simply input the new value and click the “Save & Update” button to submit the update.
  5. If editing the status, simply choose to “Activate” or “Inactivate” the product. Activating your products means that all associated listings will become active for sale. Inactivating your products means that all associated listings will become inactive so they’re not available for sale.
