Why can't I process some of the PickPerfect orders on my "Sales" page?

All PickPerfect orders go through a review process to ensure they're valid. During this time, which lasts about 4 hours, orders appear on your "Sales" page, but their shipping options are disabled so you don't process invalid orders by mistake. Once orders are found to be valid, the shipping options are enabled and you can process orders like normal. If the buyer cancels an order, or we detect an invalid transaction, we’ll cancel the order and remove it from the “Sales” page.
