  • Does Auctiva support non-US eBay accounts?
    Our eBay Only service supports eBay US, eBay UK, eBay Australia, eBay Canada, and eBay Germany. Our multi-channel service supports eBay US and Amazon US.
  • Do I have to manually export/import my listings into Auctiva?
    In short, no. When you sign up for an Auctiva account and link to eBay your active and recently closed (from about the last 30 days) listings are automatically imported. This process usually takes about 24 hours, depending on the number of listings that you have to import.
  • What other channels does Auctiva support?
    Our eBay Only service supports eBay US, eBay UK, eBay Australia, eBay Canada, and eBay Germany. Our multi-channel service supports eBay US and Amazon US.
  • How many images does Auctiva support per listing?
    Auctiva supports up to 24 images per listing. Our sister company Vendio (https://www.vendio.com/) supports up to 50 images per listing.
  • I have more than one eBay account, how do I manage these with Auctiva?
    If you need support for multiple eBay IDs within the same account, please take a look at our sister company Vendio (https://www.vendio.com/), which does support this. For Auctiva there is a one-to-one correspondence between Auctiva accounts and eBay accounts. You can only link one Auctiva account to one eBay account and one eBay account to one Auctiva account. If you have a second eBay account, you will need to create a second Auctiva account to link it to. However, if your initial Auctiva account is on a plan with unlimited listings, you can set up this other account under our Multi-Account plan and have no additional plan fees. The secondary account will also have unlimited listings. However, only 500 MB of image hosting space is available in it. It will incur no additional plan charges but it can be charged if you purchase shipping labels or insurance or if you exceed your image hosting space. Please note that these accounts share no resources other than the billing setup. It is not possible to share listings, images, or other data between the accounts, and there is a limit of 2 sub-accounts for each primary account.
